Two teams with different objectives and qualifications are at your disposal if necessary.
Based in Toulouse, you can join them from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m (French time).
In case of emergency, a special hotline is available 24/24, 7/7.
Payzen support level 1 is in charge of every administrative request (bills...) and questions about the back office access (codes, functionalities...)
Payzen support level 2 helps you in the implementation of plugins or for every issue you may encounter.
